Art History and Design
I've developed a short book with each page inspired by a different art movement. The concept is to tell the history of art, having an NYC food truck as the central piece. Using a photo I took of a hotdog cart, alongside Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I created unique designs that reflect the styles of artists and authors from each movement.
Baroque: mostly inspired by Rubens, Vermeer, John Milton, and Cervantes.
Romanticism: mostly inspired by Géricault, Friedrich, Jane Austen, Edgar Allan Poe, and Lord Byron.
Post Impressionism: mostly inspired by Van Gogh, Seurat, Munch, and Mark Twain.
Cubism: mostly inspired by Picasso and Jean Metzinger.
Surrealism: mostly inspired by Salvador Dalí, Magritte, and Max Ernst.
Pop Art: mostly inspired by Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
